By accessing or using PartHawk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PartHawk is a parts lookup aggregation service that searches multiple suppliers to help users find parts quickly. We aggregate publicly available product listings and present them in a unified interface.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Free accounts are limited to 10 searches per month
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our payment processor
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of charge

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for automated scraping or data harvesting
  • Resell or redistribute search results commercially
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Pricing & Availability

PartHawk aggregates pricing information from third-party suppliers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, stock availability, or delivery times. Always verify details directly with the supplier before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

The PartHawk name, logo, and application code are our intellectual property. Product listings, images, and prices belong to their respective suppliers and are displayed under fair use for comparison purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

PartHawk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, incorrect pricing information, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
